  • Behavior Technician - Autism/ABA

    Family Insight is currently seeking Behavior Technicians to provide individual and family counseling in our Applied Behavior Analysis program specifically for children diagnosed on the Autism spectrum.  This position offers competitive pay, a $500 signing bonus for candidates who possess the RBT credential, and opportunities for growth.

    Job Responsibilities:
    This position is responsible for providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other developmental disabilities, in the home and community settings. Behavior Technicians will also work with client families to train caregivers on related skills. All Behavior Technicians will receive ongoing training and supervision provided by a BCBA/BCaBA.  

    Job Requirements:
    A Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
    Experience  with individuals with a developmental diagnosis.
    Preferred but not required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials.
    Preferred but not required prior ABA experience.
    Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Family Insight is currently seeking both full and part time In-Home Counselors to provide individual and family counseling in our Intensive In-Home program.

    Job Responsibilities:
    The In-Home Counselor is responsible for providing individual and family counseling, mentoring and/or intensive case management services for clients in the intensive in-home or mental health support service programs. Services are provided in the home and community setting.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other counseling related field, although a Master's Degree is preferred. 
    Minimum of 1+ years' experience providing direct clinical care for clients or patients who have been diagnosed with a mental illness.  (Experience can include internships, practicums and volunteer experience). 
    Strong clinical writing and verbal communications skills.
    Experience working with diverse populations.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Job Responsibilities:
    This position is responsible for providing mental health training, mentoring and/or intensive case management services for clients, ages 16 and up, with a serious mental illness.  Services are provided in the home and community setting.


    Job Requirements:
    Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field, although a Master's Degree is preferred. 
    Minimum of 1+ years' experience providing direct clinical care for clients or patients who have been diagnosed with a mental illness.  (Experience can include internships, practicums and volunteer experience).
